  • Yes. We setup air tight containment barriers with negative air filtration; vacuum inside the containment chamber

  • Yes. We do follow-up air testing upon request; our track record of negative air exposure assessments guarantees that asbestos remediation is successful the first time. however, we do provide follow-up testing upon request to give our clients peace of mind.

  • Yes. We are Indiana asbestos supervisor and inspector licensed, and Bloom Environmental holds a contractor license.

  • Yes. As long as the system can safely remove Radon from your home, you can choose the location of the pipe.

  • If the system quoted above does not bring the radon levels consistently below 4 pCi/L, Bloom Environmental will adjust the system as necessary at no charge to the homeowner until the threshold is met. Bloom Environmental offers free follow-up testing, but we also highly encourage third-party testing for confirmation. All fans come with a 5-year warranty.

  • Typically within 2-3 business days.

  • Always for radon, but again we recommend third party testing. When requested for mold and asbestos, but we recommend third party testing.
